Lillian Eidge is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering and teaching sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Hormel Foods since July 2019, Lillian has progressed through various engineering roles within the company. Prior experience includes an internship at PepsiCo and a seasonal position at JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT OF TAMPA BAY, where Lillian presented economic information, managed volunteers, and directed educational programs in financial literacy. Additional contributions as a Co-Op at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies involved implementing an inventory barcode system and designing cost-efficient engineering solutions. Lillian holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, completed in 2019.
