Siim Maivel is the Co-Founder and CEO of Lendurai, a company focused on enabling UAVs to operate without satellite navigation or remote control since December 2023. Prior to this role, Siim served as the Head of Data Science and Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Bolt, where expertise was applied in areas such as OCR, image tampering detection, and predictive modeling for driver experience. As Data Science Team Lead, responsibilities included leading a team on rider and driver campaigns, time series forecasting, and budget optimization. Previously, Siim founded Investly, helping businesses improve payment terms, and worked as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at UBS Wealth Management, contributing to fixed income portfolio management. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Economics from TalTech.
