Melissa Lee is a seasoned logistics and customer service professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Customer Service Executive at Legend Logistics Group since September 2021, Melissa previously held the role of Warehouse Supervisor at Katoen Natie from March 2020 to July 2021, overseeing inventory management and staff supervision. Prior to that, a substantial tenure as a Customer Service Representative at Katoen Natie, from March 2016 to December 2019, involved ensuring efficient freight processes, accurate data entry, and excellent client communication. Earlier experience includes working as a Logistics Coordinator at CWT Logistics Pte Ltd from February 2010 to March 2015, where responsibilities included coordinating transportation and managing shipping accuracy, and as a Production Operator at Molex from February 2005 to March 2010.
