Abby Marfurt is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in total rewards and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources, Total Rewards at LGIM America since August 2021, Abby previously held the role of Director of Human Resources at Jackson for a brief period in early 2021. Prior to this, Abby spent over a decade at PPM America, Inc., progressing from Executive Assistant to Vice President of Human Resources. Early career experience includes positions at Fidelity Investments as a Private Client Specialist and Investment Representative. Abby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Psychology from Villanova University.
