John Dice is the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Partner at LaFleur & Godfrey, where John manages all operational workflows and processes, including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor relationships. Prior to this role, John held various senior leadership positions in wealth management at companies such as Macatawa Bank and Fifth Third Bank. John also served as a Board Member at Leadership West Michigan and as the SVP Retirement Plan Services Manager at Old Kent Bank. John holds an MBA in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University and a BA in Business Administration from Hope College.
