Rebecca Mellman, MS-HRM

Rebecca Mellman has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at the University of Tampa as a Speech Center Senior Manager. In this role, they managed the operations of the speech center.

In 2019, they joined Mission Critical Solutions as a Talent Acquisition & Corporate Culture Coordinator. Rebecca assisted in updating and developing HR programs, such as mentorship and internship programs. Rebecca also trained new employees in the HR division and maintained the confidentiality of human resources information. Additionally, they conducted market research for federal, commercial, and unified communication bids. From December 2019 to August 2021, they served as a Jr Recruiter and later as a Corporate Lead Recruiter. Their responsibilities included recruiting candidates with specific certifications and clearances for federal and commercial bids. Rebecca also participated in job description development, salary research, and market research.

From 2021 to 2023, Rebecca Mellman worked at MGT as a Talent Acquisition Partner. During this time, they played a key role in talent acquisition, collaborating with hiring managers to fill various positions. Finally, starting in May 2023, they joined Leeds Professional Resources as an Executive Recruiter.

Rebecca Mellman, MS-HRM, has an extensive education history. Rebecca completed their Master of Science in Human Resources Development at Florida International University - College of Business from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tampa, from 2018 to 2019.

In addition to their degrees, Rebecca has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills.
