Monica Ibanez serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Deel since February 2023, contributing to a global platform that facilitates hiring and managing an international workforce. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Personio from October 2021 to December 2022, Monica played a key role in expanding one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies. Prior experience includes a Technical Recruiter position at Amazon from February 2020 to September 2021 and a Researcher role at The London School of Economics, where a study on cybervetting among millennials was conducted.
