Eli Hawkins is a Junior Software Developer at Lee & Mason since November 2023, transitioning from a role as Training and Development Supervisor at Proctor Loan Protector, where Eli trained new hires in mortgages and insurance. Previous experience includes completing a Java Development Bootcamp at Tech Elevator, where Eli developed a Java application, and holding various supervisory positions at Loan Protector Insurance Services, such as Operations Supervisor and Escrow Team Lead. Eli's background also includes teaching English at the high school level and experience in quality control and client support. Eli holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Kent State University and an Alternative Resident Educator License from the Ohio Department of Education.
