Sharon Bergman, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the New Hire Development Specialist and Onboarding Manager at Lee Health, where responsibilities include managing a team to support new employees throughout their first year, creating blended learning programs, and collaborating with various departments to enhance organizational culture and employee satisfaction. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Generalist and Benefits Specialist at Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida, where Sharon facilitated employee relations, developed onboarding strategies, and managed benefits for over 400 employees. Additional positions include Director of Marketing at Brown & Brown of Florida, Producer of Commercial Lines at Quality First Insurance, F&I Manager/Sales Manager & Trainer at O'Danial Honda, and Director of Sales & Marketing at Air Power of Nebraska.
