Erin Maupin was named vice president of support for Home Services in 2018, and is responsible for internal and external customer service, processes, procedures, and internal controls. Her ongoing goal is to improve the customer experience and the business operations through the strategic use of technology, processes, and best practices.
Erin started her Lee Company career 10 years ago as an administrative assistant. After holding many roles within the support team, Erin was promoted to director of support in 2009. During her tenure at Lee Company, she has led the implementation of technology-based solutions including field mobility, the customer portal, and an upgraded phone system.
Erin’s focus on making life better for those around her extends to the community; she is an active volunteer with the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee.
