John-Paul Patten is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and sales performance management. Currently serving as Operations Director and Head of Sales Performance at Lebara since July 2014, John-Paul has previously held various consulting roles as Sales Operations Director, working with notable clients such as Tesco, Bathstore, B&Q, Signet, Maersk Line, and Synthes. Prior to this, John-Paul was Sales Operations Director for Belgium, Netherlands, and Nordics at Sitel, and held senior roles at Roche Pharmaceuticals and Boston Scientific. John-Paul began a career in finance at Entertainment UK, progressing through various accounting positions. Educationally, John-Paul is a qualified ACCA and holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from Brunel University, alongside A Levels in multiple scientific subjects.
