Michele Stawowy is an experienced Senior Program Manager currently leading post-purchase programs for customer satisfaction and loyalty at ÅŒURA since September 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Samsung Electronics America, where responsibilities spanned business intelligence and operations for service contract and warranty programs, as well as driving improvements in customer care and eCommerce initiatives. Michele's earlier career included positions such as Director of Operations & Finance at Wolfe Video and co-founder of iTactility, alongside essential contributions in quality assurance and supply chain management in various industries. Michele holds an MBA from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan.
