Rick Kuo is a Technical Program Manager at Framework. Rick was previously a Project Manager at Dell Technologies from June 2017 to December 2021, where they coordinated core teams and extended team members to complete tasks required for Consumer/Gaming & small business NB/DT NPI/sustaining platforms. Rick also managed and controlled the scope, quality, risk and schedule of NPI projects, and controlled and managed Post RTS items to make sure all the necessary changes were implemented smoothly within scope, schedule and budget. Rick drove ODM partners to obtain project deliverables and fulfill activities require ODM support, and solved any unexpected issue and mitigated potential risks throughout NB/DT NPI/sustaining platforms.

Prior to their work at Dell Technologies, Rick Kuo was a BPM at ViewSonic from August 2016 to June 2017, a Project Manager at Zylux from April 2014 to August 2016, and an Engineering Program Manager at Pegatron from July 2012 to February 2014. Rick also worked in Fraud Prevention at Apple from September 2011 to April 2012, and in Marketing Project Management at Natural Polymer International Corp from June 2010 to June 2011.

Rick Kuo has a Master of Business Administration from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from National Chung Cheng University.
