Jonathan "Jack" Elks has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jonathan "Jack" recently joined LearnUpon as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in October 2022. Prior to that, from February to June 2022, they worked at Seel as a Lead Partner Success Manager.

Before transitioning into the customer success field, Jack worked at Better as an Account Executive from June 2021 to February 2022.

From 2016 to 2020, they gained valuable hospitality experience at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. During this time, they held multiple roles, including Front Office Manager (Hotel Assistant Manager), Project Manager (Rooms Assistant Manager), and Manager in Training.

Jack started their professional career as a Sales Intern at Hilton Garden Inn in 2011. Jonathan "Jack" then interned as a Management Intern at The Saxon Boutique Hotel, Villas and Spa in 2014.

In addition to their internships, Jack also worked at The Statler Hotel as a Guest Service Agent and Bellman from 2012 to 2013.

Jonathan "Jack" pursued their education at Cornell University from 2012 to 2016, where they completed their bachelor's degree.

Jack's work experience also includes a Summer Market Associate role at Expedia, Inc. in 2015, where they worked closely with hotel partners and contributed to team KPIs.

Jonathan "Jack" Elks completed their education at Cornell University from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor's of Science in Hospitality Management with a specialization in Hospitality Administration/Management. Prior to that, they attended Northport Senior High School from 2008 to 2012, where they received an International Baccalaureate & Advanced Regents Diplomas. Additionally, they obtained a diploma from Northport High School in the year 2012. In August 2015, they acquired the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination from the National Restaurant Association.
