Natalia Jaszczuk has extensive work experience, starting in 2005 as an English language teacher at Language Club. Natalia then worked at Pearson from 2007 to 2020, holding various roles such as Account Executive, Solutions Project Manager, and Efficacy Delivery Manager. At Pearson, they also co-led the Women in Learning and Leadership UK (WILL UK) Employee Resource Group, winning the ERG Chapter of the Year in 2017. Natalia joined BMAT STEM Academy as a Governor in 2020. Currently, since 2021, they are at Learnlight, serving as the Head of Learning and Head of Product, responsible for setting the long-term strategy for the Learning products portfolio and ensuring that products and services meet learner and customer needs.
Natalia Jaszczuk has a diverse education history. Natalia obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Linguistics and TEFL from Uniwersytet Szczeciński, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Natalia then pursued further education at the Higher School of Humanities WSH TWP in Szczecin, Poland, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a focus on Personnel Consulting and Public Relations from 2004 to 2007. Later, they attended Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and received an MBS degree in British Studies from 2006 to 2008.
Throughout their career, Natalia has also acquired additional certifications. In 2016 and 2020, they completed "The Neuroscience of Learning" courses on Lynda.com. In 2021, they obtained a certification in "Data-Driven Learning Design" from LinkedIn. More recently, in 2023, they acquired certifications in "Generative AI for Business Leaders," "How to Think Strategically," "Introduction to Prompt Engineering for Generative AI," and "Quick Scripts for Difficult Conversations" from LinkedIn. Additionally, they completed "The Art of Great Consulting Leadercamp" from Skillsoft in August 2020.
