Matthew Cole is a seasoned professional in content development and instructional design, currently serving as a Senior Content Developer at The Learning Network since July 2023. With extensive experience as a Senior Instructional Developer at Tortal Training since November 2013, Matthew specializes in creating effective training curricula and solutions tailored to enhance organizational training outcomes. Previous roles include training staff and developing programs at 10 Park Lanes and Johnny Rockets, where Matthew focused on improving training methodologies and employee retention. Matthew holds a degree in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Florida International University, obtained between 2005 and 2012.
