Prior to these roles, Jason M. worked as a QA Lead, responsible for reviewing development specifications and creating both manual and automated test scripts to ensure software reliability and compliance with documented requirements. Jason M.'s career began as a Software Developer at Sound Foundation from April 2001 to September 2003, focusing on the development, testing, and documentation of document management software customizations. Jason M. is a graduate of the Graduate Centre of Applied Technology, completing studies between 1999 and 2000.
