Minh Nguyen has eight years of work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Helpdesk Analyst for DHL Express. In 2014, they moved to Bolloré Logistics as an IT Administration, then to gloops, Inc. as an IT Administrator in 2015. In 2016, they joined goGame, a subsidiary of SEGA, as a DevOps Engineer. In 2018, they shifted to Lazada eLogistics Vietnam in the same role. In 2019, they were hired as a Senior DevOps Engineer at CXA Group. In 2021, they were employed as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at CoverGo | Insurtech and as a Site Reliability Engineer at LeapXpert.

Minh Nguyen attended Asia e University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Professional Bachelor of Computer Technology in IT Networking.
