Mihail Turusov began their career in 2014 as a Software Engineer at All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Experimental Physics, where they worked with C++, BASH, PYTHON, and CMAKE to administer a project assembly server. In 2017, they joined Restream as a Junior Site Reliability Engineer and later became a Senior Technical Support Representative.

Mihail Turusov obtained an Engineer's degree from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) between 2009 and 2017, specializing in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager.
