Rick Kuhs has worked in the technology industry for several years. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at IBM as a Power server and storage Specialist. In 2011, they joined Leapfactor as a Regional Sales Director, where they focused on providing mobile apps and infrastructure to commercial enterprises.

Rick Kuhs has a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry/Zoology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Rick also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from CSU-Sacramento.
