D.R. (Dan) Steward is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Steward serves as an Advisory Partner at LEAP Strategy Partners, focusing on strategic decisions that are crucial for CEOs. Additionally, Steward has been a member of CEO Global Network since 2009, engaging with peer groups and mentorship. Previously, Steward held significant positions including President and CEO at Pillar To Post Home Inspectors until 2022, and Regional Vice President at Iron Mountain from 2000 to 2004. Steward's career also includes executive roles in sales and marketing at Shred-it Group, USA Waste, Laidlaw, and Sternson Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Business Administration and an Honours Bachelor in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as completing the Directors Education Program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
