Additionally, Søren founded and serves as CEO of COMPAR, which emphasizes talent development through the TalentWorkProgramme®, and ESBEESTECH ApS, aimed at optimizing leisure time. With significant leadership experience as Chairman of the Board at Bøgevangskolen and Vice Chairman at BusinessVejle, Søren has also held numerous board positions and partnerships in previous headhunting firms since 2000.
