Nikolina Rapaić Benic has over 20 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Nikolina began their career in 1998 as an Expeditor at Diners Club Adriatic d.d. Nikolina then moved on to become an Administrator of Membership and a Credit Risk Analyst at Erste Card Club from 2002 to 2021. Since 2021, they have been a Senior Administrator of Administration and Customer Support at Leanpay.

Nikolina Rapaić Benic attended Opca gimnazija Titusa Brezovackog from 1994 to 1998, where they studied Economics. Nikolina then attended Ekonomski fakultet Zagreb from 1998 to 2002.
