Sylvia R. Mata has a strong background in founding and leading organizations. Sylvia R. is currently a co-founder of BiX Business Innovation Xperience. Prior to this, they held leadership roles in various organizations, including being the LULAC VP Women Commissioner for North East and the President of LULAC Queens Council for Education. Sylvia also founded ArteLatAm, an arts organization that supports Latin-American visual artists.
