Brenna Whitman possesses extensive experience in customer service and management, with a current role as Manager of Champion Development at Leaders Credit Union since August 2015. Prior positions included Branch Manager and Member Services Representative at the same institution. Previously, Brenna worked as a Customer Service Representative at ABRA Auto Body & Glass, focusing on workflow organization, customer documentation, and accounts receivables. Brenna also served as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where responsibilities included customer service and account resolution, and as a Catering Associate at Aramark Refreshment Services, coordinating events and client interactions. Brenna holds a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies with a concentration in Natural Sciences from Harding University, completed in 2013.
