Lena Baer is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at FromJumpâ„¢. Prior to this, Lena held the position of Vice President of Operations at LEADEROLOGY. Lena's experience includes roles such as Client Management Consultant and Director of Operations at Brainard Strategy. Lena also worked as a Customer Service Staff Part-Time at Lufthansa. Additionally, Lena has interned as a Project Management Intern at BMW Group and gained leadership experience as a Trainee International Hotel Management at BASF. Lena holds a Master's degree in International Business from Hult International Business School, a Bachelor of Science in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences Worms, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Elmhurst University.
