Hugo Guerrero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and project management within the energy sector. Currently serving as a LeaderImpact Coach at LeaderImpact Global since January 2022, Hugo emphasizes the importance of integrating personal, professional, and spiritual growth for impactful leadership. Previously, Hugo worked at Enterprise Products from April 2011 to April 2020 as the Director of Concept Development, where responsibilities included valuation analysis and investment recommendations for various midstream business ventures. Between July 2007 and April 2011, Hugo held the position of Principal Project Manager at El Paso Corp, overseeing large-scale natural gas pipeline projects and ensuring technical support for safe operations. Hugo earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Houston, and is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.
