Moiz Saif has extensive work experience in the corporate development and investment banking sectors. Moiz is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development & New Business at LEAD School since August 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations at LEAD School from September 2021.

Before joining LEAD School, Moiz Saif worked at a Mid Market M&A and PE advisory firm for more than 13 years. Moiz held the position of Executive Vice President, Investment Banking from May 2008 to September 2021.

Moiz Saif completed their MBA in Finance and Strategy from SJMSOM, IIT Bombay between 2006 and 2008. Moiz also obtained a CFA certification in 2013 from the CFA Institute. Further information about the CFA certification, such as the institution and the month of obtaining it, is not provided.
