Michelle Palmer is a seasoned policy and project manager currently working at the Paul Hamlyn Foundation since November 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Education Policy Specialist at the Royal Society of Chemistry, where successful policy-based education projects on inclusion and diversity were implemented. Michelle also held the position of Senior Policy Advisor at the British Medical Association, where management of high-profile conferences and policy resolutions was achieved. Previous roles include Team Leader at Kids Company, Teaching Assistant at Southfields Community College, Corporate Responsibility Executive at DLA Piper, and Course Manager at Common Purpose, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of leadership and impactful project management. Michelle holds a Master's degree in International Politics & Human Rights from City, University of London, and a BA Honours in English Literature & Sociology from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
