James McDonough

HR Research Consultant at Lead Generating Tools

James McDonough has worked in a variety of roles since 1997. James began their career at Allstate Insurance Company as an Exclusive Agent and Senior Human Resources Representative, where they were responsible for sales and marketing, agency operations management, personal and professional customer service, and recruiting and employment law consulting for staff throughout a nine-state region. In 2001, they joined Community College of Denver as the Director of QuickStart Careers, where they consulted and collaborated with the College President and Workforce Management to develop agency goals in alignment with economic development priorities and objectives, and supervised and coached professional staff to meet and exceed customer expectations. In 2006, they moved to Arapahoe/Douglas Works as the Workforce Center Manager, managing operations of three offices and consulting with agency and county leadership on achieving community service goals. Finally, in 2012, they joined Employers Council as an HR Research Consultant.

James McDonough holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and French from the University of Colorado Boulder and has studied French language and culture at Universite de Bordeaux III.
