Paul Gill has a diverse and extensive work experience in the food industry. Their most recent role was as the Director of Food Operations at LCS, where they began working in April 2019. Prior to that, they were the Director of Food and Beverage at Wynstone Golf Club from August 2017 to April 2019. Paul also served as the Director of Food Services at LCS from December 2016 to July 2017. Paul has held various executive chef positions at different companies, including Senior Lifestyle Corporation, Grand Victoria Casino, Bismarck Enterprises-United Center, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. In their role as Regional Executive Chef at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, they were responsible for managing multiple restaurants and function spaces. Throughout their career, Paul has received several awards for their high-quality food and service standards.

Paul GILL graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition in Pusa Delhi in 1983 with a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary, Front Office, Restaurant, and House Keeping. Paul also completed high school in Lucknow, although the specific dates are not provided. In terms of additional certifications, Paul obtained the Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM) certification from ServSafe Certified in December 2017, and they received the American Chef Federation certification in 2001.
