Carmen Yong is a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor at Laytons ETL since September 2020, having progressed through various roles including Trainee Solicitor with rotations in Corporate & Commercial, Dispute Resolution, and Property, along with a secondment to the National Physical Laboratory. Additionally, Carmen is a Mentor and the Founder & Content Producer at Legal Scene, and a Co-Founder at Techshapers since June 2023. Active in the International Practice Group, Carmen connects legal professionals globally, and previously mentored at WOMEN HIGH UP. With paralegal experience at DAC Beachcroft LLP, Flex Legal, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Carmen holds a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Manchester and an LPC LLM from The University of Law.
