Nick is an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial department, where he advises clients across the creative and technology sectors on commercial matters, with a focus on marketing and advertising, talent and influencer work, digital content, social and interactive platforms and technology. Nick also advises on data protection and privacy matters in this space.
Nick joined Lee & Thompson in 2022 from media company Condé Nast’s in-house legal team, where he was Legal Counsel advising on content and intellectual property issues in relation to editorial and production, IP disputes, commercial advertising/branded content and influencer campaigns. He completed his training contract at Taylor Wessing with seats in IP & media, patents & innovation, corporate technology and disputes.
Prior to completing his GDL and LPC at BPP London, Nick studied French & Linguistics at the University of Edinburgh and is a fluent French speaker.
