Tom O'Halloran is an experienced professional specializing in culture, diversity, and inclusion, currently serving as a Steering Group Member for the UCC EmployAbility Programme at University College Cork. With a significant tenure at Laya Healthcare since September 2015, Tom has held various roles including Culture, Diversity & Inclusion Specialist, and individual and corporate sales consultant. Tom is also an active member of the Insurance Ireland Inclusion Taskforce and has engaged in educational volunteering with organizations such as Business in the Community Ireland and Junior Achievement Ireland. Academic qualifications include a degree from Munster Technological University and certifications from The Insurance Institute.
