J. Robert Arnett II is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial litigation and intellectual property law. Currently an official member of Lawyers of Distinction since February 2020, Arnett serves as the founding partner of Carter Arnett PLLC in Dallas, Texas, a position held since January 2012. Prior roles include partner positions at Munck Carter, LLP, Arnett Gaubert LLP, and Neligan & Averch, LLP, where engagement spanned various aspects of civil litigation. Arnett's career in law began with a judicial clerkship for Senior District Judge Martin Pence and includes service as a nonlawyer trial counsel in the United States Marine Corps. Arnett holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rice University.
