Thomas J. Giordano, Jr. is a founding partner at Pond Lehocky, LLP, where a dedicated practice focuses on Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability law, with the latter practice recognized as one of the largest in the United States. Since July 2010, Thomas has also served as Head of Department at Pond Lehocky Disability and is an official member of Lawyers of Distinction as of January 2021. Previously, Thomas held a board position with the Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania from October 2008 to April 2017 and was the head of the Social Security Disability Department at Martin Banks Pond Lehocky & Wilson from October 2005 to June 2010. Thomas began legal career as an associate at Post and Schell, PC, from September 2004 to October 2005. Educational background includes attendance at Rutgers Law School, Widener University School of Law, and Towson University, where a degree in Communication Studies was earned.
