Kelly Putnam is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as the Director of People and Purpose at Lawson's Finest Liquids since September 2021. Previously, Kelly held various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager at Cabot Creamery Co-operative and Senior Associate in Corporate Human Resources at C&S Wholesale Grocers. With experience as Associate Director and Summer Assistant Director at Apogee Adventures, Kelly contributed to outdoor adventure travel programs and staff development. Additional roles include Trip Leader at Apogee Adventures, Facilitator at Cornell Team & Leadership Center, and Administrative Assistant for the Cornell Men's Lacrosse team. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University.
