Catherine Bulkaert is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as HR Manager at BISCUITS DELACRE since November 2023. Previously, Catherine held the position of People Experience Partner Lead Benelux at Mölnlycke from August 2022 to November 2023, overseeing HR strategy and team management while supporting management teams across various HR functions. Catherine has also worked as Human Resources Director at Ariston Thermo Group, where responsibilities included managing HR activities and acting as a trusted partner to the management team. Prior roles as HR Manager Belux and HR Business Partner BeLux at CWS-boco Group involved coordinating social relations and leading HR transformations in Belgium and Luxembourg. Additional experience includes HR roles at Skechers, Ascento, and Provikmo, focusing on talent management and psychosocial aspects. Catherine holds a Master’s degree in General Management from HEC Liège and a Master in Social, Work & Organizational Psychology from the University of Liège.
