Y-12, LLC where she is responsible for managing all aspects of operation and maintenance of the Jack Case Center and New Hope Center facilities at the Y-12 Nuclear Security complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The two facilities provide office and work space for approximately 1,800 professional employees, including officers, managers, scientists, engineers and administrators that supervise and control the mission work performed at Y-12. The facilities contain office, auditorium, laboratory, medical, cafeteria, and dining areas totaling approximately 550,000 square feet of building area. Ms. Bowling received her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management in 2005, has been a member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) since 2008, and acquired her Facilities Management Professional (FMP) certification in 2011.
