April Marzilli is the Head of Risk and Compliance at LaVictoire Finance. April has over seven years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on compliance and quality control.

Marzilli began their career in August 2014 as VP, Director IQ Compliance & QC at United Bank. In this role, they were responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance activities for the lending team comprised of small business, mortgage lending, and consumer lending. April also provided guidance and support to the lending team on regulatory requirements in areas of TRID, HMDA, ECOA, FCRA, Flood, TILA, RESPA, etc.

In September 2021, Marzilli joined LaVictoire Finance as Head of Risk and Compliance. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and ensuring that its risk management practices are effective.

April Marzilli has a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from the University of Connecticut School of Business.

April Marzilli reports to Mary Reynolds, Chief Operating Officer. They work with Tracy Mahle - Operations Advisor, Brianna Rivera - Pipeline Manager, and Anand Persaud - Lending Analyst.
