Oscar Hernandez is the Chief Growth Officer and VP of Student Experience at Laureate International Universities, where responsibilities include driving the expansion strategy for UNITEC and UVM, overseeing the entire student journey from acquisition to alumni relations. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing Director for Pet Care at Mars, where Oscar managed a $500 million portfolio and achieved significant market share growth. Oscar also held various marketing leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, including Marketing Director for Fabric Care LA, with regional P&L responsibilities, and was instrumental in the successful integration of the Wella retail Hair Color business into P&G. Oscar holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master's degree in Statistics & Total Quality from Universidad La Salle, A.C.
