Kirsten Kessler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kirsten is currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at Crisis Prevention Institute since June 2023. Prior to this, Kirsten founded and served as the CEO of Alimus from July 2021 to June 2023. Kirsten also has extensive experience at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they held roles such as Head of NAMR Expert Consulting Track from May 2018 to June 2021, Special Projects Manager from June 2014 to May 2018, and Project Leader from August 2012 to June 2014. Kirsten also worked as a Consultant and Associate at The Boston Consulting Group from May 2008 to May 2010 and from October 2006 to May 2008 respectively. Additionally, they have previous experience as a summer intern at Teach For America in July and August 2011. Prior to their consulting career, Kirsten worked as a summer analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2005 and as a summer intern at WestLB Panmure in 2003. Kirsten also worked as Bankkauffrau at Deutsche Bank from August 2000 to June 2002. Kirsten obtained their education at WHU, where they were a student from 2002 to 2006.

Kirsten Kessler's education history is as follows: Kirsten attended WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Vor-Diplom (Bachelor) in Economics and Business. In 2004, they also completed an exchange program at the National University of Singapore and NEOMA Business School, earning a Master's degree in Economics and Business. From 2004 to 2006, Kirsten pursued further studies at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, completing a Master's degree in Economics and Business. Finally, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Harvard Business School, where they obtained an MBA in Business Administration.
