Diego Gonzalez currently serves as a Recruiter for Pilot Hiring at United Airlines and holds the position of Student Chapter Assistant Director with the Latino Pilots Association since May 2023. Previously, Diego worked as a Pilot Recruiter at Mesa Airlines, Inc., where responsibilities included conducting pre-interview screenings, interviews, and onboarding processes for cadets, as well as recruiting First Officer pilots through targeted events and nationwide travel. Diego's earlier roles include a Pilot Recruiting Intern at PGA TOUR Superstore and various positions in the retail and food service sectors, accompanied by extensive experience as a referee at Arizona Soccer Club. Diego holds a degree from Arizona State University and has educational background from Chandler/Gilbert Community College and ASU Prep Academy.
