Nikki Vaughan is an experienced human resources executive with a strong track record of leadership in various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Latham, The Pool Company since May 2024, Nikki previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Sedron Technologies from April 2023 to May 2024. Before that, Nikki was the SVP of Human Resources for Rental Solutions at Aggreko from February 2017 to April 2022. Nikki's earlier career includes significant roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, including Vice President of Human Resources for the ES Americas region, and HR Director. Nikki began professional experience at Hewitt Associates as an HR Leader from June 1999 to December 2010. Nikki holds an MBA in Business from the University at Albany, earned between 1994 and 1998.
