Koo Chung has a strong work experience in the airline industry. Koo began their career at LAN Airlines in 2001, where they worked as a Business Process Analyst and later as a Business Process Manager. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of IT project manager at LAN Airlines. Koo then joined LATAM Airlines in 2011 as the Revenue Management Processes Senior Manager. Koo went on to hold various positions at LATAM, including Commercial Project & Process Director and IT System and Process Director.

Koo Chung studied Industrial Engineering with a mechanical specialization at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
