Evelyne Smaers is a seasoned professional in training services and process technology, currently serving as Training Services Manager and previously as Training Coordinator at Lassonde since September 2015. With prior experience as a Process Technologist at Lassonde from January 2013 to July 2015, Evelyne managed daily operations across multiple production lines and implemented process control tests. As a Technology Transfer Agent at Standard Nutrition from September 2011 to November 2012, Evelyne facilitated the transfer of animal nutrition technology and regulatory affairs following a company acquisition. Earlier, as Vice President of R&D at Nuvac from January 2008 to September 2011, Evelyne led various R&D projects, supervised multiple departments, and developed quality control systems. Evelyne holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnological Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke, completed in 2007.
