Andra Petrosan's work experience includes roles in various companies. They started working at Holosfind Software in 2010 as an Online Marketing Specialist and remained in this role until 2012. In 2012, they joined Avira as a Web Conversions Specialist, where they were responsible for creating a conversion optimization strategy, managing implementation, generating and analyzing reports, and creating and analyzing surveys. They held different roles in Avira, including Freemium Segment Manager and Product Marketing Manager, until 2015.

In 2015, Andra joined King as a CRM Promotions Manager for Candy Crush Saga. They then held positions as Product Manager/Producer and Product Lead/Sr. Producer for Candy Crush Saga until 2021. In 2021, they briefly worked at Yepstr as the Head of Product before moving to Kry as a Senior Product Manager in the Patient Area. Andra is currently working at Lassie as the Head of Product, starting in 2023.

Andra Petrosan earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Academia de Studii Economice București in 2005-2008. Andra then pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration from the same institution, Academia de Studii Economice din București, from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, in 2009-2010, they attended Université d'Orléans, where they also earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
