Amy Respini serves as the Workforce Talent Liaison at Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA) since April 2023, focusing on connecting financial incentives for hiring Nevadans and diverse talent with businesses. Prior to this role, Amy was a Business Services Ambassador at Equus Workforce Solutions, where responsibilities included supporting employer needs within the North Las Vegas Business Hub. Amy's experience also includes various roles at the College of Southern Nevada, where guidance and advisement were provided to a diverse student body, as well as positions at Rogue Community College and the Oregon Youth Authority, emphasizing youth guidance and rehabilitation. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a certification in Mediation and Conflict Management from Southern Oregon University.
