Lerisha Naidoo has accumulated extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a People Advisor at Carbon Clean since July 2022, after progressing from the role of People Coordinator. Prior to this, Lerisha worked at Worley as a Graduate in the People Group from January 2019 to July 2022 and held the position of Personnel Officer at Gladesmore Community School from November 2011 to January 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of East Anglia (2017-2018) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the same institution (2013-2016), complemented by completion of the International Baccalaureate at Hockerill Anglo European College (2011-2013).
