Dan Drake has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as the IT Service & Support Manager at Lansing Building Products since October 2022. Previously, Dan held the position of Area Resource Manager at NSC Global from August 2014 to July 2020, overseeing field support delivery for the Mid Atlantic and Latin America regions. Before that, Dan worked as a Market Manager at Atos and Siemens, managing Desktop Support and IMAC technician teams at Morgan Stanley in NYC from October 2011 to July 2014 and July 2007 to October 2011, respectively. Dan began their career as General Manager at AVI Electronics, where Dan worked from 1996 to 2007.
